BOOKING POLICY
To secure your appointment, first-time guests are required to provide a pre-authorization or e-transfer at the time of booking.
- Pre-authorizations will be canceled upon check-in and are only charged if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up.
- E-transfers will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment
Deposit Requirements for New Guests:
- $100 deposit for services over $100
- $25 deposit for services under $100
CANCELATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice for any cancelation/changes. If your appointment is canceled within the 24 hour period you forfeit your deposit. We understand unforeseen situations happen, if the stylist can accommodate you within 3 business days your deposit will then be applied to your next appointment.
REDO POLICY
We strive for the best guest experience from the moment you connect with us, to the moment your service is complete. We understand sometimes changes or tweaks need to be made post service.
All guest have 7 days post service to notify the salon of any changes or dissatisfaction. No refunds will be given.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
For new and existing guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in a $40 rebooking fee & a loss of your deposit.

CONSULTATION REQUESTS
Our time is valuable — and so is yours. To ensure the best possible service and match you with the right stylist, we may require an in-person consultation prior to booking.
PLEASE NOTE
- We do not provide price quotes via social media or messaging platforms.
- Consultations require a $25 deposit, which will be applied toward your service if test strand is needed.
- If a test strand is required, the deposit will not be applied to your final service.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable.
MANEWARE RENTAL POLICIES
Hair Extensions Rental Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A $750 pre-authorization will be placed on your card. If the extensions are not returned, damaged, or altered, the pre-authorized amount will be charged in full.
Extensions must be returned in their original condition. Cutting, coloring, or any permanent alterations are strictly prohibited
Smoking near the extensions is strictly prohibited. If smoke odor is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged and may be deducted from your deposit or pre-authorization.
All extensions are professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Please return them free of product buildup or debris.
If extensions are not returned on time, or are lost or damaged beyond use, the $750 pre-authorization will be processed in full as a replacement charge.
